This basket is hand-woven using a traditional Cherokee technique known as "double-wall" or "double-weave". Unlike standard baskets, this piece is woven from the base up to the rim, then turned and woven back down to the base. This creates a seamless, reinforced structure with two separate finished designs on the interior and exterior.

BASKET CARE INSTRUCTIONS - Display your basket in a dry area away from direct, harsh sunlight to prevent the reed and dyes from fading. - Clean with a soft, dry brush or compressed air to gently remove dust as needed. - DO NOT SUBMERGE IN WATER. If the basket gets damp, allow it to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area to maintain the integrity of the material and prevent mold.
